1920 - Black Cake Mascara
Dark, defined lashes were a must in the early days of cinema, and leading men as well as femmes fatale used cake mascara in their starring roles. Even under the hot lights of the first movie sets, cake mascara stayed in place and resisted smudging-so it's no wonder it's still loved today.
Our timeless cake mascara is packaged in a collectible tin, with a truly adorable small applicator brush included. Just dampen the brush, mix with a drop of water on the cake, place the brush at the roots of lashes, and gently brush upwards. To prevent clumps, allow to dry, then apply a second coat.
To use as an eyeliner, add a couple of drops of water to the cake, and use a very fine pointed brush from our Mascara Brush Set to create a glamorous, thin line at the base of the lashes.
Removes easily with a skin cleanser and a bit of warm water.
NEW Available for purchase with a Reusable tin and brush applicator, or as a standalone refill in a compostable sleeve.
Our Cake Mascara is meant to be used with many applicators for different effects, for use as mascara, eyeliner and eyebrow fill. We offer various full-sized applicators to use with our Cake Mascara that are sold separately.
