HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Picking and packing time can vary depending on volume. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and can take between 24 and 96 hours depending on seasonal volume and in-stock items. Please note Special and Limited Edition products can cause large spikes in order volumes that can delay order processing up to an additional 7 days. Packages ship from our California distribution center.
Orders placed Friday after 10 A.M. will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday depending on volume. Two-Day Expediated Shipping Orders placed Friday after 10 A.M. will ship Monday afternoon.
A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update once it has been created. Bésame Cosmetics is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied to your shipment due to local regulations.
Bésame Cosmetics reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time and will clearly post changes should they occur.
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT HERE?
Sometimes UPS tracking numbers update faster than the delivery. Your package is still on the way and should be delivered within a couple days! If it has been more than 72 hours, please email us at email@example.com with your order number so we can look into this for you!

Shipping cost is calculated displayed at check-out based on your locations. Shipping is free for orders of $30 or more via UPS Mail Innovations. Other shipping options include, UPS Ground & UPS 2nd Day Air. International shipping is free for orders over $50 and more, plus you will see all local duties and VAT at check-out.

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, EUROPE, OR OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD?
Yes, Besamecosmetics.com offers international shipping to most locations around the world, and shows all local tariff, duties and VAT at check-out.
If you ordered from Besamecosmetics.com from outside the USA please keep in mind by completing an international order you understand that your shipment is originating in the USA and is considered an international order. Upon placing an international order, purchaser agrees to the following terms: 1) Purchaser is responsible for all local or national import duties, fees or VAT upon delivery to your country. 2) All returns will be subject to a $5 re-stocking fee.
Due to the time, and cost associated with international shipments we are not able offer free shipping for returns or exchanges. However, should you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, please contact a customer service representative to let us know what we can do better.
WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER RUSH DELIVERED?
Select the expedited shipping option at checkout for rush delivery. However, due to the time the order is placed, it may NOT reach you within that desired time. If you have questions on this please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order and ask if the rushed delivery can be accommodated.

Our cosmetics contain the finest formulations and we've worked hard to carry your perfect color match – but we understand matching skin tones to online products is tough.
With that in mind, Bésame offers a full 30 Day Exchange or Return Policy (excluding sample sets and final sale items). All returns will be subject to a $5 re-stocking fee.
If you received damaged products we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 3 business days for prompt handling of your concerns.
Bésame Cosmetics reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than what we consider a reasonable amount of product is used, or missing.
Unfortunately, Bésame Cosmetics is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.
Please note that online orders may NOT be returned at any Besame Cosmetics Boutique. Please also note that we do NOT accept returns from Sephora, ModCloth or any other Besame Cosmetics approved wholesaler.

1. Place the items in their original packaging and ship your return merchandise back to us. Include a copy of the invoice slip that came with your merchandise. If exchanging, make a note on the slip of your new purchase order.
2. We highly recommend tracking and insuring your return to make sure it arrives as expected.

3. All return refunds are processed within 24 hours (minus $5 re-stocking fee). Please allow up to 30 days for purchase credit to appear on your credit statement, as processing times vary by bank.
4. For exchanges, please allow 48 hours processing time. New items are shipped out via UPS Mail Innovations at no charge.
Our goal is to surpass your expectations which means as soon as your order is placed, it begins to be processed by our warehouse as to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you need to cancel or edit an order within 60 minutes of receiving an order confirmation you can do so by hitting the order edit/cancel link at the bottom of your order confirmation. Once your order has fully processed this option will no longer be available and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
