I am a recent purchaser. Many years ago when I first began using make up cake mascara was what was available and I have always preferred it and was hoping to receive something similar. Whilst your product is good I can’t understand why it is not held in place in a casing with a mirror and a better brush. I find it awkward to use and the brush too tiny to handle easily and the bristles too sparse.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this mascara! I feel so glamorous when using it! It doesn’t irritate ,y eyes, especially on bad allergy days, and I notice that my lashes have gotten healthier when using this mascara, Besame has won me over!
Please bring back the old packaging with the mirror and brush set! It was so much more luxurious especially if one of your highlights for using this is using In Front Of Other People, something I totally agree with! But thank you for ditching the cardboard at least. Still love the product just miss the glamour a bit. Thank you for bringing back the brown color too!!
I have been longing to go back to cake mascara! So much more control.
I will never go back to tube mascara or liquid eyeliner after using Besame. What makes me happiest are the safe ingredients and the hygienic nature (washable brush; cake that dries up between uses). But the RESULTS! This stays put all day! You do need to make a thick enough paste to prevent smudging when you apply it, and you must let it dry, but the extra five minutes means a perfect finish that doesn’t smudge all day. I remove my eyeliner and mascara with coconut oil at night—easy on the eyes and moisturizing. Thank you, Besame, for making such a high-quality line of cosmetics that is long-lasting and fun to use!
