We understand that shopping online for makeup can be a difficult task. Many makeup companies do not offer the ability to return items, but we want to do our best to help you find the best fit for you.  If you are unhappy with your order and wish to submit a return request, we offer 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a request for refunds, exchanges, or store credits on our core products.

You can make your request by logging into our site here via the email associated with your order. When placing your Return request, please indicate in the Notes section whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange. If you would like to exchange your item, please list the product you would like instead.

In most cases, we will not require the return of products to request a refund, exchange, or store credit for your order. In special cases with which we do require items be sent back to us, we will provide you a return label via email.

Limited edition and licensed items are final sale items and are excluded from return options, except in the case of damages. For any and all damaged orders, orders missing items, or orders with incorrect items, we do request photos of the order for our records.

Refund return requests will include a processing fee taken from the refund amount and original shipping costs are not included in your refund. Refunds can only be returned to the original payment method.

Store Credit return requests will be sent to you via digital gift card. The credit value includes only the value of the requested return products. Original shipping costs are excluded.

Exchange return requests can only be made once. Should you be unhappy with the exchange product you’ve selected, we unfortunately cannot approve another exchange, offer a store credit, or refund the original product purchased.

Since we are no longer requiring products be sent back to us, we do have the ability to accept or reject your return requests. If we observe a pattern of behavior in your order/return history suggesting an abuse of our offerings, we will reject your request and may suspend your ability to make purchases on our site.

Due to the time and cost associated with international shipping, we unfortunately are not able to offer returns/exchanges for non-domestic orders.

The Spider Launch, in One Set

The Signature Spider Compact is back for its fifth year, and this set brings together everything from the launch.

The design is inspired by Victorian jewelry and keepsake boxes, from the pairing of black and purple to the spider, a familiar motif of the era. Alongside the compact are its matching Spider Pin and two Bésame lipsticks, Raven's Black and Blood Red.

This set won't be coming back. Once it sells out, it's gone.

A silver-plated compact with purple enamel trim and a raised 3D spider at the center, finished with a purple Swarovski crystal. Black enamel flowers and ornamental details surround it.

The Spider Pin

The same spider as the compact, slightly larger and finished with its own stone. Wear it on a lapel, a coat or a bag strap.

Raven's Black Lipstick

A black lipstick to wear on its own, or layer over another shade to make it deeper.

Blood red Lipstick

A deep red with a warm undertone, inspired by the suffragettes of the 1920s, with a triple-pigmented, feather-proof satin finish.
