Yes! We offer free Domestic and International shipping for orders over $100. 

Sales tax of 9.75% will be collected for all orders shipped within California.

Besamecosmetics.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Pay with Four

Picking and packing time can vary depending on volume. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a daily cut-off of 1pm PST. 99% of orders placed before 1pm PST ship the same day. Please note Special and Limited Edition products can cause large spikes in order volumes that can delay order processing a few additional days. Packages ship from our California distribution center.

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update once it has been created. Bésame Cosmetics is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied to your shipment due to local regulations.

Bésame Cosmetics reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time and will clearly post changes should they occur. 

Sometimes tracking numbers update faster than the delivery. Your package is still on the way and should be delivered within a couple days! Please email us at info@besamecosmetics.com with your order number so we can look into this for you. 

Shipping cost is calculated then displayed at check-out based on your location. Domestic shipping is free for orders of $100 or more.

Please note: All custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied to your shipment will be charged at checkout.

Select the expedited shipping option at checkout for rush delivery. However, due to the time the order is placed, it may NOT reach you within that desired time. Also please keep in mind expedited or rush shipping services will shorten travel time once your package has left our fulfillment center, and will not push your order to the first of the processing line. Order are processed in the order received.

RETURN POLICY:

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final on limited edition and licensed products. Exchanges for these special products are only available for damaged goods.

At Bésame Cosmetics we not only want to reach your expectations, we want to exceed them! Our cosmetics contain the finest formulations and we've worked hard to carry your perfect color match – but we understand matching skin tones to online products is tough. With that in mind, Bésame offers a full 30 Day Exchange or Return Policy (excluding sample sets and final sale items). NOTE: Customers may only process an exchange once per order, unless in the event an exchanged item arrives damaged.

If exchanging product(s), please ship back and let us know what you'd like instead. If returning product(s), please note that all returns will be subject to a $7.95 handling and processing fee.

If you received damaged products we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at info@besamecosmetics.com within 3 business days for prompt handling of your concerns. All damaged licensed products will need to be returned and received before we can ship out a replacement. 

When requesting to return or exchange items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. In most cases, we will also request photos of the item(s) in question for our records, especially if the item is damaged. If you have thrown away your proof of purchase and/or the items you are hoping to exchange or be refunded for, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your request. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us. 

Bésame Cosmetics reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than what we consider a reasonable amount of product is used, or missing.

Unfortunately, Bésame Cosmetics is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept returns from ModCloth or any other Bésame Cosmetics approved wholesaler.

Additionally, Pay with Four is currently only available for domestic customers.

CANCELLATION:

Each order's cancellation window is dependent on if we have begun the process of fulfilling the order. You may be able to cancel or edit your order through your account page. That option will appear next to your order info if it is available. If you need to change an address and that option is not available, please reach out to customer service.
