We are seeking a talented and passionate Freelance Content Creator to help concept, film, product and edit short form video content to levereage on multiple digital platforms, especially social channels. As a beauty brand, we are looking for someone passionate and experience with content creation in that channel. This role will work closely with our brand founder and spokesperson, the CMO and social team to develop and execute video concepts that are on brand, aligned with brand’s marketing and business goals and resonate and engage new and existing customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of beauty trends will be essential in producing compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Help build
awareness, educate and create demand – seeing the real impact your content can have with our customers!

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, record, produce, and edit short form video content across various digital platforms, primarily on TIktok, Instagram, and Youtube to be used for organic or paid posts
• Visual Content Production: Create eye-catching / engaging / high-performing video content with products, founder and models (or other content creators) including yourself if relevant
• Collaborate with photographers, models, and influencers for photo shoots and video content as relevant.
• Edit and enhance visuals to align with our brand aesthetic.
• Work with CMO and Founder to ensure all copy and scripts are on brand and in line with marketing messages.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Social media video experience and strong understanding of shooting video content (edit, lighting, angles, sound, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms like Tiktok, Instagram and You Tube – monitors and stays on top of social media trends
• Marketing knowledge and experience, understanding of social media advertising space
• Passion for Beauty: A genuine interest and experience with cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or other areas of beauty and the current trends.
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create fresh, original content.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all content.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong skill set utilizing cutting-edge tools and Apps for creating fast, dynamic and attention-grabbing videos and edits
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being able to work independently and collaboratively, with exceptional time management and organizational skills

Compensation:

This is a freelance position, and compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
